FAQs
What can I put in the dumpster?
We accept most household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and furniture. However, hazardous materials like paint, batteries, chemicals, and tires are not allowed. If you're unsure about an item, give us a call.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Standard rentals are available by the day or week. Need it longer? No problem—just let us know when booking and we’ll work with your schedule.
Where will the dumpster be placed?
We’ll work with you to find a safe and convenient spot—typically a driveway or designated work area. Make sure the space is clear and accessible before delivery.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
Nope! As long as we have clear placement instructions and access to the drop-off site, you don’t need to be present.
What happens if I go over the weight limit?
Each dumpster includes a set tonnage limit. If your load exceeds the included weight, there may be an additional disposal fee based on landfill rates. We’re always upfront about pricing, so there are no surprises.
Can I move the dumpster after it’s been placed?
Sorry, but no. For safety reasons, dumpsters must remain in the spot where they were delivered. If it needs to be relocated, just contact us—we’ll take care of it.
What if I fill it before the rental period is over?
Easy—we can schedule an early pickup and even bring you a replacement dumpster if you need more capacity. Just call or text us and we’ll work it out quickly.
